Client Success Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnership with existing clients for long term business relationship
  • Manage clients’ account and handle client enquiries via face to face meeting, phone and email
  • Manage local / global digital marketing campaign and proactively provide strategy and insights for clients to improve campaign performance and to grow campaign through results and trusted relationship
  • Identify opportunities and cross-sell within assigned clients’ marketing portfolio
  • Prepare pitching material and present digital strategies to clients
  • Compile reports and coordinate with internal & external parties for digital project implementation

Job Requirements:

Solution Sales Director

Job Summary:

Reporting to General Manager, APAC, you will be the key member in our APAC sales team to drive company revenue and to develop regional business strategies for iClick’s enterprise solutions. Currently, iClick is partnering with Tencent to offer fully-integrated data-driven and smart enterprise solutions. You will be focusing on smart enterprise solutions like WeChat Mini Program to acquire new business opportunities for Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand and other APAC and EMEA countries.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute solution sales strategies and plans for penetrating into APAC and EMEA markets and addressing clients’ needs
  • Acquire and manage new business opportunities to reach quarterly sales targets
  • Build a strong pipeline of demand opportunities engaging with relevant inventories in the markets
  • Provide supports to clients regarding iClick’s smart enterprise solutions
  • Work closely with presales, product and account management team to ensure business development plan is executed in an effective manner
  • Proactively conduct market research and analysis on industrial trend and client’s needs and provide suggestions on enhancing company’s sales strategies and solutions so as to ensure company’s solutions are up-to-date and being competitive

Job Requirements:

Presales Manager

Job Summary:

Reporting to General Manager, APAC, you will be in charge of providing presales supports on iClick’s smart enterprise solutions to our potential small and medium-sized clients (SMEs) in Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand and other APAC and EMEA countries, helping them to enter Mainland China market and manage their customers more efficiently.

Currently, iClick is partnering with Tencent to offer fully-integrated data-driven and smart enterprise solutions. Thus, you will be the subject matter expert in providing presales supports on solution like WeChat Mini Program and in assisting our regional sales teams to drive sale by providing influence.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all-rounded presales supports on the development and implementation of enterprise solutions for SMEs
  • Work with sales team and partner representatives to design detailed specifications of solutions so as to meet clients’ needs, objectives and business requirements
  • Uses in-depth solutions knowledge to provide expertise to sales team and clients through sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Provide consultation and strategical feedback to prospective users on product capability assessment and validation
  • Assist in preparing presentation and demonstration materials
  • Collaborate with sales team to drive sales initiatives and execute business development strategies, involving in the whole sales cycle from qualifying prospects till deal closing
  • Proactively perform market research on industrial trend and client’s needs and provide suggestions on enhancing company’s solutions so as to ensure company’s solutions are up-to-date and being competitive

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, e-Commerce, Information System, Engineering, business administration or other related field
  • Minimum of 5-year working experience in digital advertising, e-commerce or related fields where at least 2-year is focusing on enterprise solution presales experience
  • In-depth knowledge on Tencent products including but not limited to WeChat Mini Program, and other digital enterprise solutions
  • Proficiency in e-commerce and digital marketing solutions and business trend
  • Good understanding in retail and travel industries
  • Hands-on pre-sales experience in solution planning and implementation
